The best cardio workout that I have done. I've lost so much weight due to the great effort the trainers are giving. You stay motivated to finish which is a sign of effective trainers.
This is an excellent place.... If you are looking for a great atmosphere with high energy this is it... I LOVE IT And we all push each other..... Way to go team , HIT IT HARD......
The best cardio workout ive EVER done. Trainers are well rounded with techniques and workout routines. Great way to start off the morning. Would recommend to anybody trying to get into shape or lean out. Wish i had this gym in my area would definitely be a member.
This place is truly awesome. I went for my one free class and was hooked. I had done kickboxing at gyms where you are punching the air... this is 10x better! Plus the staff is soooo nice and helpful. Great cardio, great strength training, great way to get out alot of anger lol!
I tried the free class, loved it, had to join!! I've lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. You won't find anything like this, they always switch up the trainers so it's a different routine every time. The trainer(s) are never more then a few feet away to help you along. Try it once!!!
