I enrolled here, didnt like the equipment because they are old and loud. I had three days to cancel my membership and i did the second day. Now I cant get my $180 refund back. First walter told me I will get it in 48 hours, a week later, still didnt get it. I called again, this time he says in a month. He is very arrogant and like to give you the run around.... My advice, stay clear of this place. They are very unprofessional and a bunch of liars..still waiting for my money

This is a terrible place. I paid for a private trainer, then the trainer quit without telling me, and the gym won't reimburse me. I even reported them to the state board and the manager lied three times in his letter stating I didn't show up for sessions (I never missed a single one), I didn't show up for meetings with him (HE was the one who was never there when he said he would be), and that I waited 6 months to contact them about the trainer (again- a lie). Please do not go to this gym or pay them for any of their services.

DO NOT waste your time or money joining this gym. The reviews of "Walt" speak volumes.

Same story here did a month to month contract and they play stupid with getting a certified letter they so need to cancel a membership WTF

This is by far the worst gym I have have ever joined in my life!! Those two good reviews must have been the owners. Walt, one of the owners, is a roided up jerk and the biggest A-hole I have ever met. The employese do not know what they are doing and lie about euipment they claim to be getting. They overcharged me twice in two months and never got me working access cards. Then Walt says I am a "complainer" and he is going to do me a "favor" and cancel my membership....Am I unreasonable to want the machines and weights that was promised and access to a 24 hour facility when I want?! They will be out of business in six months just like Gold's was. Lay off the sauce Walt, it is bad for you!
