The Most Comprehensive Work-Out and Fitness Program in Cedar Rapids- I have been working out off and on for most of my life. When I decided it was time to take control of my weight and fitness challenges I contacted Travis Richardson of Max10 fitness. Now this is no fluff work-out program. The body shaping program is designed to achieve weight loss, improve nutrition and get results. That's what this boot camp style program promises and it delivers. If you are serious about natural health, nutrition, body shaping and making some new friends, than I would highly recommend this fitness program. It's resistance training includes the use of bands, dumbbells, medicine balls and carrying your own body weight. His program intentionally changes the sequence, exercises and intensity of the workouts in order to create muscle confusion. This extreme workout gets results while keeping it fun. I also enjoy the kick boxing days of the program. It's a 45 minute to 1 hr cardiovascular adventure full of a variety of kicks and punches while including a series of plyometric exercises. This is a contact activity that has helped me improve my stamina, speed and coordination. I know there are plenty of workout programs out there. In fact, I have probably tried most of them. What makes this program so unique is it's well balanced approach to all facets of a person's health. I believe they still offer complimentary classes if you want to check them out
