I needed a workout. After calling around different places in the area found this one to be the only reasonably priced at $5 for a single visit (most were $10-$20) so... well the place is very dated and not somewhere i would frequent. The cardio equipment is over 10 years old, I prefer elipticals with the upper body action. Although they had a few Precor machines all were pretty worn out particularly the handles, and they had electrical tape wrapped around every one so when i was working out the glue from the tape rubbed off onto my hands! I didn't see anything that would be considered "new" including the other fitness equipment like weight machines, and free weights. The facility itself is spacious, it has a small lap pool and hot pool. Overall... but had a really musty and stagnant air quality...again "quality" overall what is lacking here. The locker rooms were not clean enough to my personal standards. They do offer wifi but the central sound system overpowered my headphones. Tube TV's hang on the wall airing sports channels. $5 ...

Ive been a member here for 2 years, this place has always been well maintained and clean. People are really nice and friendly, always willing to help with any kind of questions or problems. I love the simplicity of the gym with its month to month membership so im not locked into any contracts. Overall I really enjoy my experience everytime I come to New Life fitness.

Wow lol. Here let me start with the gyms a joke. Tried this place out twice cause maybe I was being to picky but no lol all the dumbells downstairs are bent in about 2 or three directions theres a shoulder injury waiting to happen. Its like a basement from hell in the summer cause it gets to like 110 degrees and HUMID!!!! OMG HUMID AS DEATH and when the nice quite guy I knew in the corner couldnt take it he went to grab a fan...owner comes down everytime yelling I JUST BUY 13000 DOLA AIR CONDITIONER YOU NO NEED FAN!! Problem is he bought it and never runs it. If you wanna sweat and bleed you hard muscle off go for it and join. Takes about 10 mins in the summer to drain you whole body of water in that basement. Everything is from like the 70s old nothing has been replaced and everything is rusting roles in it and is a staff infection waiting to happen. This is the gym where all the freaks who get kicked out of clean nice fitness centers go cause even tho the place is discusting they let these people lift yell and throw crap around however they want. So if you wanna deal with druggies and dirtballs go for it :) And all for a nice wopping 30 to 40 a month....oh wait I can afford activ edge fitness center right next to this dump for that price HAHAHAH and its clean and maintained. Thats CRAZY AINT IT hahahaha. Maybe for 10 bucks a month or free I walk in this place for a tune up exercise! yahh buddy
