I loved worked out here. I can understand charging you an extra month when you cancel, but thats basically a $15 dollar cancelation fee as opposed to a much higher one anywhere else. I never had a problem with the scandals that are mentioned in the reviews (everywhere has negliable employees who don't care to get anything done, like process paper work. Most of the time its not the company its the employee, and if you have worked in places like this, its very hard to avoid a bad apple in the bunch when you are hiring) I have been with them off and on for years. They even let me stop paying the sign up fee after the second time of signing up, I just explained I moved back and forth a lot because of school. Anyways, highly recommend them, amazing price compared to everywhere else (I have shopped around plenty of times to get hte best deal)

Cole location closed after taking money - moved us to Chinden which is too far. BBB complaint, yet Chinden did not respond or refund. I agree with other reviewers - THIEVES.

Been a member for a year or so. Referred about 6 friends and will keep doing so. I guess people are upset because it's so close to being free that they forget it's not free. Anyway, it's always been clean (I see the front desk folks cleaning all the time), and I've never had any problem with billing. Since I've now sat through the contract spiel a few times I know that they do tell you that you pay for first and last months, and they require one months notice to quit (which means you will be charged one more time). Maybe people weren't listening, I know I didn't, but now I've referred enough people that I pretty much know it by memory. My only complaint is that there isn't one closer to my house now.

Horrible place to workout!!! Stay away. The owner is a thief. Have you seen the BBB ranking on this place? This place isn't worth the paper they wrote my contract on. Yeah its only $9 a month but the money isn't being used to clean the place thats for sure. I made the mistake of signing up on the phone and I will never do that again.

Never had a problem with my billing. Fees were explained and followed. I've added a member and deleted a member with no problems. Staff is always cleaning. Daycare is great. For $9/mo I'm definitely getting money's worth.
