Went in tonight to try and resolve some issues with an account and were pretty much ignored the entire time. We spoke to the manager at Eagle and he was very polite in helping us over the phone. However the manager on duty at the Nampa club was very unprofessional. He couldnt get up from his desk but decided to sit and relay information through the front desk woman who was trying her best to help us. She then however offered to help us after our workout which seemed to be the way to go because we were being ignored. After the workout we sat down in the waiting area for the manager for about 15 minutes, waiting patiently for the manager to become available as he was busy talking with someone. After that 15 mins a woman walked in the door and wanted to set up an account as we over heard and within 1 min the manager was up out of his office and grabbing the lady ( who mind you just walked in the front door ) and proceeded to help her before helping us ( even though we had been sitting outside his office for 15 mins). He gave me a 1 min sign with finger acknowledging us for the first time. We then decided to try and set up an appointment and left. OVERALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT VERY HAPPY.
I enjoy working out there during the days when it's not too busy. In the evenings it's packed and the benches are too close to workout comfortably. I love that the pool is never crowded.
This is a gym not a private gym at your house! I started with IAC a few months before there nampa gym was built. I love it the atmosphere is great, equpment is a little dirty and some stuff is loose or broken but it gets used by thousands of people every day. Levi is the manager and he is a straight up dude. over all great place. Bad is its not kid frendly at all cant take the kids swimming unless I want to go at silly hours. its better then the REC center just look up and tell me that place is not dirty.
r&d must work for another gym company I have found everything the opposite of what r&d has said
This gym was clearly planned by someone who didn't workout. The shoddy equipment is often in a state of disrepair, the random selection of equipment leads to constant waits, and above all, the gym is filthy. On top of this, the staff is largely disinterested. Once you join and pay your substantial membership fees, you're more of an annoyance, getting in the way of their employee social time. The Rec Center is a much better value.
