I have been using this club to attend Zumba Classes with Maria and Flor since 2012 ! I find the club well attended, and clean and great! The staff are personable and it fits my needs perfectly.
If you have a nice car don't bring it here. Cars are being broken into and items stolen a lot lately. The cost of damage to your car can exceed your yearly membership easily. There is no security in the lot, and no cameras. The management indicated they have no plans to take any action to mitigate the issue. They suggested not leaving anything valuable in your car, which does not help with the issue of a broken-out window or a punched-out door lock.
I have been a member of this location for 4 months. From day 1 it has been the worst gym I have belonged to. The managers are only interested in new members or signing you up for personalized training. If you are not interested in their training they will not even speak to you. I also have to say it is the poorest maintained facility I have ever used. I find faulty equipment each visit that NEVER gets fixed. This past week was my last visit when I felt I was completely lied to. The showers have not had hot water for 7+ days and the excuse was due to the snow storm. I guess that is also why one of the urinals has been down for 3 wks now as well along with the 5 failing treadmills. Please tell anyone thinking of joining this gym to go to any other gym. It is not worth the money and that is all this location is about taking your money.
Where to start? My hubby & I have been going to this gym since it opened & it has steadily declined to where we r now which is constantly disappointed because the current management is a complete joke. Their showers have black mold growing in them, blood spots on the tile that's been there for months now, equipment & facilities constantly in need of repair(sauna out for weeks at a time, bikes out of order, no hot water) After complaining regularly, they don't care. No interest in anything but selling more memberships. They don't even have voicemail or anyway to notify members when the gym is closed or there is a delay with opening. They also go through staff & trainers like toilet paper. Only good thing is the class instructors & Theresa(head of class coordination). New gym just opened in Noblesville & many have switched there or to Lifetime. Looks like we will do the same since it just gets worse daily. Its a real shame!
I go to the LA fitness in Fishers on a daily basis and I must say it is the direst gym I've ever belonged to. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and its hard to use them because of how bad it smells in there. I have complained to the manager before, but nothing has happened. The urinals seem like they're never cleaned and do not flush. There is always pee in the urinals and smells like stale pee. I am not even able to use them because it smells so bad. It really blows my mind that the manage of the gym can let this happen for this long. Not sure what else to do, but call corporate. Gyms are not suppose to be like this and myself and quite a bit of people are considering switching gyms.
