I bought a groupon for laser hair removal and had my first appointment today. Super convenient location. Love this place already! Very impressive, sleek, modern, clean, relaxing, serene, excellent staff. LOTS OF PARKING!! I'm already researching what kind of facials they offer, they currently have a groupon for laser hair removal and one for IPL facial...thinking about trying the facial. Beautiful facility, amazing staff. Very, very impressive overall! I went to the medspa but passed the fitness area - super clean, modern, tons of equipment. The spa area is very relaxing, very serene. Bathrooms- modern, sleek resort look, very clean. Appointment room-very clean, very comfortable. The staff was very comforting, she put me at ease immediately. I had an appointment for a Brazilian-very intimate workspace! She made me feel very comfortable, you can tell she is a professional. The actual procedure is a little painful, clearly the more sensitive parts are more delicate and hurt a little more. However, hours later, no pain. Very excited to see the results!! My next appointment is in February - you have to wait 5-6 weeks between appointments. I really like the fact that they are available for later appointments, I work in hospitality and being able to make an appointment for 7 pm instead of am is a welcome treat! I highly suggest this for anyone in the service industry, late appointments across their services, plus parking - im glad its not in the heart of new Orleans. super convenient.
