I have been a satisfied customer for 3 years. Had a experience today that made me cancel my subscription. Had a billing problem with in the last 2 months. My credit card was stolen, the bank canceled and reissued my credit card with a new number. Instead of snap fitness contacting me when they realized that the card was no longer working they put me in collections. I contacted snap fitness and spoke with a incompetent employee and asked to speak with a manager. The employee refused to put me through to the manager. I finally convinced them to have the manger call me. When he called i explained my position to him. I explained that I would pay the bill and he told me it was out of his hands and he already send me to collections, called me a low life and hung up on me.
The space is too small for the amount of equipment. My credit card got an updated expiration date and I was hit with ludicrous late fees when it did not pay on schedule. The workers are not rude, but they are not helpful either.
