I come here quite often for my working out routine, although this place is much better than any other gym in a five mile radius its not quite as nice as the main campus for Elmwood fitness center, its definitely a great satellite branch though. Its got a small pool and plenty of space, weights and options for anyone trying to get a great workout in.

I love treadmill, they've exercise classes
people's are friendly, and I would recommend this center
I would not recommend this gym in the summer if you are an adult without and past the child bearing age. I just left the indoor lap pool that was filled with a family of 11 taking two lanes, dressed in their street clothes, not exercising, with small children, throwing soda bottles in the pool, NOT EXERCISING..... Not the atmosphere of anyone trying to improve their appearance and be in an athletic atmosphere of bettering your life.
