I joined this gym looking to lose some weight, and honestly I can't say anything but positive things about it. The staff is always so welcoming, you can't even walk in without Nick or one of the other awesome staff members greeting you. I was new to working out when I joined,and I must say the other members are extremely friendly and willing to help or answer any questions if you just ask.It does get crowded in the afternoons, so if you don't like crowds, I would suggest working out in the mornings or after 8 pm. All in all it's a great friendly environment and I think becoming a member is a great investment for anyone to make, I mean honestly whats more important then your health and fitness?

In recent years I have been a member of several gyms by far it is not the best or worst gym. I can say is, I believe that the staff genuinely cares about the facility and the people that use it daily. There is a very positive vibe given off by not only the staff but also by its manager Mr. Rivet. He takes the time to walk around the gym and talk to the members. The Metairie location also has the largest floor area comprised of machines and weights that I am aware, at least for the price. It also loves and supports the Military. They recently celebrated the Marine Corps Birthday with all of its members. What other facilities take the time to celebrate our HERO’s? I enjoy this gym and I feel like if I don’t go I am missing something….

All in all its a nice gym. Im pleased with the dress code enforcement(I don't care to see everyones business male or female) as well as all the updated equipment. Staff are alway friendly and helpful.

Waiting to get out of my contract. When I went to sign up my girlfriend, she was given a high pressure sales pitch until the trainer told her that she wanted to join the gym because of her biological clock. He drew a picture of a clock and wrote "biologecal". It's not 1950 so lets can the horse shit. This was some months ago and thought about posting that comedy gold on Reddit as it would have started a category 5 shit storm. I'm posting this tonight as I'd have gone to the gym yet couldn't because their hours keep changing. They've got a decent selection of equipment for a New Orleans gym but please keep the bullshit to a minimum.

BEWARE!!! This place and the company that manages the payments will take advantage of you!!! They also have TERRIBLE customer service. They act like they care but all they want is your money so they will pitch to you whatever they think will sell a membership and then laugh in your face when you are genuinely trying to get information or help. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
