I signed up for the strict reason that i could pay month to month with no contract because we were moving soon. well NO ONE told me when i signed up there would be a $50.00 cancellation fee which is a rip off because i strictly signed up for the more expensive package because i didst want a contract!! really upset that i now have to pay $50.00 to cancel on top of my $55.00 monthly membership this month.
Awesome Gym. Customer service is spot on. My husband called with a billing issue and Shiree (sp?) fixed the issue within minutes. Great people and a great place to work out. I recommend this Gym to my friends.
Good gym, the contracts can be difficult to get out of and very expensive. But they have child care and that is a huge plus.
The times listed are just staffed hours. This gym is 24/7 with a membership and absolutely amazing :)
Very down to earth, respectful, and family like owner's. Can't wait until the grand opening.
