Great Gym for whatever level fitness you are at. Friendly Staff that know you by name and a friendly atmosphere you feel comfortable working out in. Love This Place

I love this gym, but ABC Financial, the people behind the scenes are a freaking joke. I moved out of state and wanted to see what my options were with either cancelling or transferring. After mentioning these two options to the rep she quickly let me know I had another option to freeze the account and the amount of time the account was frozen would just be added on to the end of my time I had signed the contract for. I didn't really want to cancel because I wanted to continue having a gym membership, so this worked out perfectly. She told me what I needed to do once I had the proper documents to prove I had moved and that was it. I called again a few weeks later just to make sure I had the right documents and the next lady told me I did. I even explained the situation again to make sure this freeze thing was legit, she told me it was. Well with freezing you have to continue to pay until the actual freezing takes place, made sense to me. I was short on money because of the move and I hadn't found a new job yet, so I had called to push my payment, which I knew I could do because I had to do it once before. The guy I talked to told me that he could push my payment out 10 days from the usual date and I said that was fine. He also informed me that I was not eligible for freezing my account.. wtf. He explained to me that moving was only something that counted towards transferring or cancelling if the conditions of the contract were right. I asked if he knew which gyms I could transfer to and he went on this long rant about how there were no onslow fitness gyms in my area so I would definitely be able to cancel...I tried to explain to him that onslow was the county I lived in before so I knew there weren't any here, but there were supposed to be some in my area that I could transfer to that were backed by abc financial...he didn't understand. Well I was pissed with that, but I got over it. I let a supervisor know what happened and that they really needed to better inform their reps before letting them be on the phones.. I've worked in a call center, I know how it goes. That was a while ago and today I look at my bank account... I had TWO payments drafted from ABC, one on the original date and one on the date that the payment was supposed to be pushed to. I was LIVID. I call back ask to speak to a supervisor again, a rep was trying to go over everything that I already knew about all of the conversations I'd had with the other reps, ended up being rude to her, which I apologized for because it wasn't her fault but I needed to speak to a manager. Now I'm waiting for a sup to call me back anytime between now and monday to settle all of this. tl;dr Onslow fitness is amazing. ABC financial sucks. If you are not planning to be in onslow for your entire contract, do not sign it. If you need to talk to a rep of the company.. good luck because they are all a bunch of morons that literally know nothing about the company they represent. They would have 5 stars if ABC didn't suck so much.

Perfect locals gym. Not too crowded and you dont feel intimidated by super fit models, just normal people like you trying to live a healthy life.

I love Onslow Fitness. It's in a great location and they maintain the facilities beautifully. From the fitness classes with great instructors, to the relaxing sauna, and clean and fun childcare room! It is a great value for all the accommodations you get. On top of that, the people that work there have your best interest at heart. They want to see you reach your goals, if it's to loose weight, finish a race, or be a real competitor! I recommend Onslow Fitness for any person looking for a nice relaxing and clean workout environment!

I have been going to Onslow Fitness for about 6 months now and I love it here, this gym offers more then any other gym around the area. The employees are very friendly and always greet you by your name when you walk in the door and when you leave. The staff trys their hardest to get to know your goals and help you out as much as possible to achieve your goals. Great gym I recommend this place to everyone I know. Extra shout out to Ciara! she is Awesome :)
