Ellen and Brad are excellent trainers. They are both very encouraging, pleasant, motivation and friendly. They work as a team to ensure that you receive an excellent work out. They teach you about form, breathing, posture and good body mechanics. They both have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition also. I always enjoy my work out along with the sweat and encouragement. If you want a good work out, then this is the place to go. Tonya
I have been going to Master's Fitness about six months. I always look forward to going. The workouts are tough but fun. Mainly I work with Elle and she takes the time to watch each person and correct our posture, position, etc to make sure we are getting the maximum benefit while not injuring ourselves. Both Elle and Brad have always been a pleasure to deal with.
They're just generally not nice people. None of my dealings with them have been pleasant.
