Great Facility (and Location): VERY clean, expansive, friendly staff, has very inexpensive child care! And it's women only so you don't have to worry about sweaty men oooogling you while you're working out!
Classes/Schedule: Tons of Classes, ALL levels of fitness, and all age groups can find something!! Child-care schedule is poorly thought out. (Actually I've not been able to use it yet cause it's not offered at nights when I'd need it.) The yoga is nice, but not enough classes each week to do it more than once/wk. Most of the "core" toning classes will kick your butt, even if you're in great shape already.
Instructors: Most Good, Few Bad, and Few Awesome...similar with every gym/club.
Machines: Current & Safe. Plus instruction on their use comes free with your membership.
Cost: Quite reasonable. If you use it even 1.5 times/wk it's a deal, but if you use it 3 times per week it's a real value :-) If you need the childcare it's a outright steal...
