I signed up at Planet Lunkless under the impression it was open 24 hours. The only time I can work out is after 9pm. The one closest to me on Peters Creek informed me they would be changing their hours to close at 9pm and 7pm weekends. BUT the new one on Reynolda would be open 24/7. Well I just went to work out and it was CLOSED ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AT 9PM. YET THE DAMN SIGN ON THE WINDOW SAYS OPEN 24 HOUR. RIGHT BELOW IT IS SAYS 6-9 MON -FEI AND 7-7 SAT AND SUN . WHICH IS IT??? I HATE THIS GYM BUT I A HAD NO CHOICE AT THE TIME BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISE BEING OPEN 24 HOURS. AND IT IS THE ONLY PLACE I CAN AFFORD.I WISH SOMEONE WOULD OPEN A REAL 24 HOUR GYM FOR THE SAME $20 A MONTH.

So, my girlfriend and I have been to Planet Fitness twice now since we signed up. The first time, it was closed without explanation on a Friday afternoon, even though their posted hours are "24/7". Second time, we worked out for less than an hour when an employee walked by and informed me that they were going to close in five minutes, at 7pm. I'm starting to think that 24/7 just means they're open for 24 days of the year till 7:00. We feel pretty cheated -- but I guess considering it's a $10 gym, we're getting exactly what we paid for.

This gym is notorious for messing up on their bank drafts, and I know of several members this has happened to, one of which being my girl friend. They are slow to fix their mistakes, if they ever do and the manger Justin seems not care if he loses customers. Their Customer service is horrible and I recommend if you are looking for a gym look some place else.

WAY TOO BUSY! I HAVE TO END MY MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE I CANT EVEN GET ON ANY OF THE MACHINES THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE FOR EVERY MACHINE

I quit using the tanning beds. They were always filthy.
