This is undoubtedly the friendliest workout facility in town! The staff members are exceptionally helpful and make people feel that they are very welcome. It starts with a friendly "hello" from the first staff member at the desk. There is a note of genuine happiness in all the employees that is not found in all of the other Y facilities in town. If you cannot find the exact room for a group workout, a staff member will walk with you to the place you are looking for. If a staff member doesn't have an answer to a request or question, he or she immediately finds another friendly staffer who can help. There is no condescending attitude or "i'm too busy to handle your request" going on here. A lot of energy is put into encouraging a healthy lifestyle, respecting people of all ages and backgrounds, and making workouts fun and accessible. Pilates and group exercise here are especially good.
