It is very upbeat with a wonderful helpful staff that always greets me with a smile. Fellow members have awesome vibes and are always encouraging. I am very pleased with The Rush and my membership.

Same problem as the other person. I moved away and when I tried to cancel my membership they gave me the "run around". So I am still paying for a gym that is over 2 hours away from me, and when I asked them to cancel my membership, mailed in the paperwork, wrote them a letter, faxed it, and got the tracking information they still claim they never received anything from me and are continuing to charge me! Someone please open a lawsuit and I will jump on board and we can take down these corporate assholes that claim to care about your physical health and wellness but really only care about their wallets! FUHQ RUSH!

Just like everyone else we had problems with the membership. We were lead to believe that our ten day free trail would be extended to 30 days, if we pay $50.00 and sign an contract. We should've walked out and not sign anything, because before the 30 days expired we called to cancel and the Customer service representative said that we definitely can cancel but our credit card will be charged for the first and last months membership plus other membership fees. I really don't understand companies that do business like this. We would've stayed with the 10 day trail if we knew that they would still charge you even if you cancelled with the 30 day trail. Please do not sign anything with them, once you are in a contract it's really difficult to get out and get your money back.

On June 28,2012 I was asked to not have my friend ,whom I have worked out with for 3 months at the Rush on Jonestown Rd with my ELITE membership, to leave because Eric, the black manager, asummed him to be "trainning" me. We worked out TOGETHER, under the statement of my ELITE membership. So This gym can dictate who you can and can't workout with. It is a "private" club, as said by Eric. Durning this discussion, another member who was working out at the same time vouched for our working out together and he still didn't care and asked us to leave. Now is this how you would like to be discrimanated against? Is this how they sold me the membership for Elite status? Many things they "Promise" you or tell you is FALSE!! Even if you read the fine print they can dictate that to suit them. Just beware when a business treats a person who was there from the start with 30 plus referals and Everyone of thos referals have canceled including myself...If you thought PEAK was bad...boy get ready when they close there doors they will rape you while laughing.
