Terrible experience
1. Not what you want your kids to see: People in the change room have no regards for young kids. Walking around naked. disgusting
2. Aquatics is awful. The director has no clue what he/she is upto. All the after school weekday hours are full with classes and swim teams. Not a single lane open till 730-8pm. Tried going on sunday at 10am "so called open swim team" and guess what they have swim classes going on. Did not let us enter the pool till 1045 when the last class ended and asked to leave 1055 because another swimteam starts at 11. No regard for families. I called atleast 2 times and spoke with Elizabeth at HELPDESK and she told me that aquatic director will call me back. That call never came.
3. No ethics, greedy, Just want your money: I asked for a refund on my membership fees well in advance of end of my first month as a member (not the monthly charges which I was never going to ask back), they refused. Apparently they only will refund it if you change your mind in "3 days". Poor customer service. I would never come back or even recommend to any one. You ll loose much more than 150$ by doing these cheap tactics.
