I joined Westchester MMA in March and I’m hooked ! I initially signed up under the fitness package which includes the FIT Heavy Bag Class, Cardio Kickboxing, KOGA and Bootcamp. Ive taken ALL the classes and am intrigued by the lessons, challenge and variety in workouts that they offer. From high intensity impact training on the heavy bags to heart pumping cardio class, the instructors motivate you to do your best and take on the challenge. I like how the FIT and bootcamp classes incorporate strength & circuit training involving plyometric and calisthenic moves. Coach Jay’s FIT class almost always start out with a strength training circuit and ends with the use of Focus mitts. Taking Phabion’s FIT classes..with his muay thai background, be prepared to practice a multitude of kicks! Sensei Chads FIT classes involve 5 round champion fighting circuits, easier said than done! And In cardio & KOGA class, Sifu Brandon attentively ensures that the students are using proper form, explaining its significance in avoiding injuries. Bootcamp is now crosscamp, an exciting twist with cross fit. Within only 2 months of consistent training with WMMA I’ve seen and felt improvement in my level of fitness & physique. Having experienced positive results i only wanted to do more. The friendly & accomodating Instructors and staff suggested i try the Striking and Self Defense Class where i learned & gained confidence in ways to protect myself. The engaging 45 minute class ended before i knew it. This lead to taking the Jujitsu class where i grasped the value of patience and technicality. Since then, I’ve upgraded to the MMA package! Overall WMMA has helped me advance my level of fitness and increased my skill and knowledge in martial arts …i recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, great and challenging workout while learning proper form and fighting/self defense technique!

I've been attending WMMA Fit for almost four months. They changed my life. I've never enjoyed working out until I started going to classes there. The instructors are amazing, so helpful and nice. I've lost almost 10lbs! I highly recommend WMMA! They're the best!

"I’ve been at MMA for a couple of weeks now and I’ve really enjoyed the intense workouts we’ve been doing, getting my kicks and punches down especially. And I’ve enjoyed learning some jujitsu and some moves that I think I’ll use later on." I have been training at westchester mma fit for almost a year now and i love it. I Have tremendously improved my skill in their mma and brazilian jiu jitsu programs with the help of my instructors, and improved my physical fitness level as well. I would recommend westchester mma fit to anyone looking to become more skilled in martial arts and get in great shape.
