MOTIVATING, SUPPORTIVE CROSSFIT YORKTOWN is more than a gym - it's a community of athletes who are like family pushing each other to excel and to be better than we were yesterday. I was intimidated when I first joined, but both the staff and members were very welcoming and helpful. CFY has changed my life! I have grown so much in so many ways since becoming a member in August 2012.
