Terrible. This is hands down the worst gym I have ever had to deal with. Their policies are incredibly out dated and you have to jump through hoops to sign-up or cancel your memberships. They require 14 days advance notice of cancellation or you are charged for the next month. There is never an employee in the gym if you need help. If you call with questions you are treated like you don't matter. Management is apathetic, rude, and unwilling to help. The gym is also incredibly over-priced. Management claims it is because "they don't require contracts"; however, there are NUMEROUS gyms in the Tulsa area (definitely worth driving to) that are over half the price and also do not require contracts. Do not waste your money or time here.
I delt with Michelle Gibson on a couple of occasions, she runs the place i guess. She acts like she is bothered by your phone call and then can't seem to be able to tell the truth about anything... These guys are small time con artist! They lie about discounts that you are supposed to receive for using Blue Cross Blue Shield, they charge you to sign up, then they charge you for a month the day you cancel!!! I called three days before my pay period ended and she immediately charged my account for another month after telling me I had to come there to cancel my account. Don't go here, they don't care about their customers at all!
