Flex Gym has moved locations, we are now at 631 NW 7th Street, just around the corner of our previous location, three doors down from Subway, facing the South. We have a NEW OWNER, Dewayne Dawson, as of Oct. 1, 2012 and his goal is to 'Bring Flex Back!' He has brought in XM Radio, included tanning in your standard membership package, & lowered the rates! We are still a 24 hour facility, have child care from 4-8p M-F & personal trainers, including Joey Codner. We have a pro shop with pre & post workout proteins that include rtd, 2 & 5lb containers. We also have fat burners including raspberry ketones. Stop in & try us out, your first day is always on us! See you soon!
I have been to a lot of gyms and this one is the best. Friendly staff, had all the equipment I look for in a gym, and had a good nursery. The only thing it needs now is a pool.
