Loved working out here... I never felt like anyone was judging me or staring at me... The coaches really pushed me to be better. I left do to job change and couldn't make it to that part of town anymore. Highly suggest going here!!!
I joined Moore Fit Body Boot Camp two years ago using a Groupon. I told my wife, on the first day, that I had just wasted our money. The workout was more than I could handle. I persisted and within a couple of weeks I became addicted to the workouts. It is rare that I miss workouts. They are very challenging and never the same. Working out with other likeminded people makes all the difference in the world. Ben Coffman has made sure he has the best trainers who are highly motivated and always in good spirits. Losing a lot of weight was not my main motivation but trying to stay in shape at 65 years old is. I have turned a lot of flab into muscle. It doesn't happen overnight but it happens very fast. Not only do the trainers motivate you but so do the other boot campers. It is great fun and a workout challenge like no other. If losing weight, on top of getting in shape, is your goal, Ben and Sara offer nutrition guidelines and help for an overall lifestyle change that is sure to make you happy if you will put in the time and effort.
My wife used a groupon & sign both of us up. I wasn't too excited about going, but gave in, rather then argue with her. After the first day I could hardly move, but having worked out before some yrs ago & to get back at my wife, I made her go everyday. The first wk is always hard, but if you commit & go regularly, it gets easier. The class I'm in is mostly woman, & they kicked my butt. The instructors are great. They understand new mbrs can't preform like seasoned veterans & tell you to do what you can. They are always checking on you & give alternate exercises to new mbrs & those with limitations, plus they are always positive. I've done all types of exercises before in the military & fitness clubs, but really enjoy "Boot Camp". It is a combination of cardio & exercises & weight training roll into one. A session is only 30 min and anyone can last 30 min. They have seveal morning & evening sessions for any schedule. I have met others who attend & all where really nice & like the training as much as I do. Boot Camp is great for both young & old, you will find a range of ages of young mothers, middle age house wives, & a few elderly, both men & women. I'm 61 & my wife is 62. If we can do it, so can you or anyone else. Give it a try & commitment, you won't be sorry.
Ben has something great going at the Moore Fit Body Boot Camp. If you stick to his teachings and principles, you will easily melt away the extra pounds and fat from your body! I was able to drop 33 pounds and 13% body fat in 8 weeks with Ben (went from 265lbs - 232lbs). My wife dropped 20 pounds and 4% body fat in 6 weeks. We didn't stick to a strict diet during the transformation process, but changed our eating habits to more high protein, low fat meats, and much more vegetables, and cut out fast food (with exception to a cheat day as recommended by Ben once per week where you could eat whatever...you'd be surprised how much you can't eat anymore, and how the fast food just doesn't taste as good). Overall, I would highly recommend Ben and the MFBCC for anyone looking to shed some weight and fat and get a body you're proud of!
I started this with a groupon & loved it so much that I paid for full year in advance so I will continue to go. The work outs are awesome & love how I feel after! They are a good group of people!
