The gym itself is spacious and not crowded (7am -9am). It was clean and the staff is very friendly. $33 per month. Personal Trainer costs depends on the trainer. Some are $30/Hr , some are $20/Hr . But its worth it. I lost 10 lbs..... :) Gym equipment is pretty good and the pictures and instructions on the side of the equipment really helped someone like me.(never been in a gym !) My only problem is that the gym has a 30 day cancellation policy. Which means you have to give them a 30 day written notice. So if you initially started on the 10th of January and you have a monthly plan (where they charge you every month on the same day you signed up on) and decided to quit say on the 19th of August then they require you to wait 30 days (after you've given them a written notice) till 19th September. (and they will charge you on the 10th of September when your monthly charge day arrives). But I don't have any experience with other gyms so I'm not sure if they are all like this. When I looked for reviews on this gym I couldn't find any real true review . So my review is for people who are new to gyms and are curious about this particular gym. I'm giving it 4 stars only because of the gym atmosphere, personal trainers and cleanliness. If there wasn't a 30 day cancellation policy then definitely a 5 star.
Go somewhere else, the 30 days cancellation policy is ridiculous. You have to pay one more month even not using the gym. BE CAREFUL when they offer you the $10/mon offer, it's fake. Basically you paying $10 to keep an account with them, once you want to cancel, they'll charge you $33 again, then cancel it. The reason is even more ridiculous, "they don't have the access to the frozen account" you have to reactive the account first in order for them to cancel your account. The managers are the only personal can cancel your account and they are not in there half of the time. no phone cancellations, no writing cancellations. Go LA fitness or 24 hours or any other companies, more reliable.
