Iron Tribe Fitness Missouri City

Like others have mentioned the coaches here are great! They are passionate in what they do and truly care about your fitness goals. They are the main reason why I'm here. Iron Tribe is unique in the way that there is structure in the workouts. All affiliated gyms across the US have the same workout for that day. Iron Tribe makes it easy to have a well rounded fitness lifestyle because the workouts are programmed very well, there's an app, food recipes, and the facility is top notch.
I first learned about Iron Tribe Fitness (ITF) through a Facebook feed from one of my friends. Intrigued, I paid a visit the next day. Two individuals, who clearly were the trainers, with smiles and genuine pleasantry, greeted me. Sometimes gyms can appear judgmental, snooty and down right cheesy, not ITF! After a brief Q and A it was clear to me that ITF is not your typical gym. I learned that ITF is client-centered, a goal-oriented gym who truly believe in maximizing health, wellness and fitness in all athletes. Not to mention, class sizes can range from 5-20 but never more than 20 (I believe) and there are always two trainers in a class. Classes are 45 minutes and offer a variety of workouts. I can recall leaving the gym feeling like ITF would be a good fit for me. Fast forward…. Turns out, I was right! Since I joined, the trainers, other athletes, the culture and atmosphere, and the rigor of the fitness program (of course, all my sweat and hard work too) have made such a huge impact on my life. Proud to say I lost 10 lbs., bulked up some and lost nearly 2 inches off my waist. (based on the fact my belt doesn’t fit anymore.) But hey, that is a good thing right? Not to mention, I met some pretty cool athletes that I consider friends. 3,2,1 TRIBE!
This is an awesome program and you will get great results! The coaches are well trained and will help you reach your fitness goals. It is more then just about working out. they also have nutritional program that will help you get to your goals and make you much healthier.
I have been a member of this Gym for 9 months now. I joined because of Health reasons and needed help. I have been a member of other gyms, but needed some personal coaching. I heard about the Gym before it opened and talked to another friend and he heard aboout it as well. He went to visit before I did. The Coaches are Great. Willing to help you and modifiy the workouts where needed to until you improve. They do not make you feel like just another number/body. You are not forced to do somethng you cannot do. My past workout consisted of walking because I could not run. I really wanted to run. Well, the work outs have worked and I can run. I have energy. Lifting weights was FAR from my reach, but I am now lifting weight. Doctor is impress with results. I highly recommed this place.
Last summer I decided that I wanted to lose weight and to get stronger. I mentioned this to friend in Alabama who knew about Iron Tribe Fitness. The gym was started there, in the Iron-Bowl city of Birmingham, Alabama. He told me the workouts were tough, but he promised me I could do it and would succeed, if I listened to the trainers and "bought in to the system." The last admonishment was specifically for me. I am not a joiner, I am not cooperative, I am not open to embarrassing myself. With those thoughts in mind, I went to the gym to meet Nate Price, the manger. He was normal looking/acting and not at all what I feared (meaty body-builder). Besides Nate, I was impressed by how clean the place was (and remains -- the ITF gym always smells clean). Everything was also neatly tidied away. Nate told me all about the workout program and the month long 101 class to train new members. I joined the gym in the late summer of 2014. About six months later, I have lost 3 inches on my waist. I can actually finish the classes. I look forward to the workouts, and the results. I even enjoy the group workout aspect. It is motivating for me to have other athletes all working their hardest (at a wide range of levels). It turned out to be true, I bought in to the workout regimen and diet, and it worked. I am sure the trainers still think I do not listen, but the progress from my original body type of Forrest Gump's less-coordinated, fatter, younger brother proves I have learned something from the coaches. I cannot speak highly enough of the gym. Anyone ready to lose the weight, get strong, or just get healthy should call Nate right away.
