This place has had like 3 gym owners, first it was Lady of America, then something else, and now Impact fitness. I went in the other day and the chic was asking for like $50 down and $30 a month. I was laughing my @$$ off, their crazy, the space is so small all I saw was ellipticals and threadmils. I did not see any good equipment. Their forgetting there's a $10/month gym on Beechnut and Highway 6 which is a 5 minute drive. Then you have Fitness Connection on Westheimer and Hayes which is a 15 minute drive for $10/month. Both of these gyms are HUUUUUGE compared to this small gym asking for $30 a month. NO WONDER THEY DIDN'T LAST, I drove by last week and its empty already. Looks like out of business. They should of advertised and priced the gym a little better. The hours are not even convenient they close pretty early. Their asking TOO much for such a small location. If your thinking of re-opening this location, you need to ask for less money monthly. I thought Planet Fitness on Highway 6 and Beechnut was small, pffffffffffffffffft. After checking this place out it looks huge. It's only $0 down and $10 a month.
