I love this club. Great equipment, friendly and helpful staff and a real sense of community. I have been a tennis member from the start and believe that this is the best club ever.
What a farce. I call on Sunday wanting to find out how much it costs for a couples membership, no tennis. There's no one in membership on Sundays. Really. Can't you give me a price? Nope, at the front desk we don't have this information.
Well, that's really a shame. I absolutely hate it when I get the hard sell and can't get basic information. Poor, poor service. I'll be looking elsewhere.
Why is it so difficult to get someone to quote you the cost of the gym?I don't like games and I am
not interested in going on a long sales tour. The gym is pretty expensive, but they do have some
good classes offered.
