Worst customer service experience ever. I joined this gym on June 17th because its conveniently located by my house. I'm not able to work out during the day and they advertise 24/7 so I thought it would be a good fit. At the end of signing up with their sales person I was told they were out of keys but that they were to get a shipment in that night and that I would get a phone call the next day when one was available. After a month had past I looked at my checking account and noticed a fee charged by Body Renew. I had paid for June and July already and wasn't expecting a payment until Aug. I called the billing department and was greeted by a very rude woman telling me it was a yearly equipment upgrade fee. I was a member for a month and still didn't have a key so that I could access the gym at a time I could go. Once I finally received the key, I tried to use it 3 different times but the key doesn't work and I have yet to be able to use the gym. On 8/1 I was again charged a misc fee. I called today(8/5) to see where my refund was and I was greeted with the same "charming" billing person who was again rude. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I have paid plenty of money and am still unable to use the gym.

Unbelievable what they just did - take everybody's money for the yearly maintenance charge then close the doors....completely dishonest.

I absolutely love this gym!! I joined the gym last year and wasn't that impressed until the management changed. The new manager Nina has created a great feel in the gym. She's very connected and all of the changes start with the friendly staff. I also train with Nina and she has completely changed my life. She is constantly taking me out of my comfort zone. This gym isn't expensive but has everything that I want in a gym. I've paid the money at high priced gyms in the past and I'll never do that again. I highly recommend this gym!

This gym was given an F from Better Business Bureau. I was always very uncomfortable about working out in the gym when I found out from the owner that he has cameras in this gym that he can watch from the privacy of his own home. The place is filthy and grimey, broken equipment, standing fans in the summer because it's so hot in there. I was charged hundreds of dollars after my membership ended and was continually harrased for more money even after I paid. This is the worst gym in the valley.

This is the DIRTIEST gym I've ever stepped foot into!! Half the machines are usually broken, heck even the clock in the class room area is broken. The reason it received 2 stars instead of only 1 is because you can't beat the price nor the 24 hour access. I guess the saying is true, "you get what you pay for." And gee, two of the people who gave it 5 stars were the owner and an employee, go figure!
