I am a passport member with BSC. This review is specific to this location. This gym recently added a $20 plan. To accomplish this, they've moved the towels behind the front desk as the $20 'Premier' plan doesn't get towels. They also don't get reservations for spin classes apparently. My main problem is that they are able to book daycare and since daycare is limited and fills up quickly, this has prevented us as Passport members from using the daycare service which is why we switched to a premium gym.
