The management is awful. I cancelled the membership and they are still charging my credit card. First I called them requested to cancel the membership. They never responded back to my calls. Then I personally went and requested to cancel my membership. They asked me to write a letter. I gave them a letter and I sent an email too. Then they replied saying they cancelled my membership. But still they charged my credit card for the next billing cycle. When I asked for the reason they said they already submitted for the payment and this will not happen again. I am totally dissatisfied. Also when you write a contact for one year, they will automatically extend the contract if you continue to use the club after an year without any notification. However their training staff are friendly and good people.
I have played tennis at this club for over 4 years now and I am extrememly pleased with the level of service I have received. From my initial tennis evaluation (the pro evaluates you and suggests programs you can get invovled in), to the wonderful instruction I've received from several tennis pros, to the friends I've made! The tennis aerobics class is a great workout and I love the leagues I partipcate in, such as the USTA team I played on this summer, because it's such an easy way to meet people. Some of my friends ended up joining the club within the last couple of years and we are now all invovled in a weekly contract group. I would recommend this club to anyone- they are very organized and the staff is professional and friendly!
