I am an extremely satisfied client of Wendy Reid's! She has been my personal trainer and is the leader of the Strengthen and Stretch Class at the gym. Wendy helped me get in shape and actually lose 15 pounds before my son's wedding four years ago. Wendy stresses good nutrition along with her recommended exercises for continued heath. I feel that she is interested in what my personal goals are. She has an amazing spectrum of knowledge to offer to help me meet these goals. Wendy is a positive and cheerful person, aways encouraging and upbeat, and keeps me on track!

I've been a regular member of Wendy Reid's Strength & Stretch class for about 5 years. Having a regular class to attend is very motivating with such a hands-on instructor. Wendy gears the class to each person's comfort and ability level, with plenty of modifications for those who are just starting out, so no one feels intimidated. She places a great deal of emphasis on proper form so that participants are not injured. I love that the classes are never the same, so it keeps my interest. I have steadily built up the amount of weight I can lift, and it's been a key component of my health and fitness level. These classes are consistently well attended, and regular members have become so friendly that everyone who comes in feels immediately welcomed. Wendy fosters a very caring atmosphere with a combination of hard work and a lot of laughs. It's a joy to attend.

Gold's Gym is perfect for my needs. The staff is welcoming and the gym has all the services I want and much more. Three times per week Wendy Reid offers her Strength & Stretch class. I attend as often as I can because it provides, just like the title says, an opportunity to strengthen and stretch all muscle groups through a variety of workouts that everyone can do with modifications if necessary. And, Wendy creates an upbeat, inviting energy that is inclusive and makes every class fun.

Wendy, was my trainer . I found her to be attentive to my needs at hand. She realized my limitations and my actual abilities, which makes it so compatible with client and trainer. To be a good trainer one has to be able to recognize this. She was incentive to the client to continue and to increase their set "goal", yet sensitive enough to know when to set the limit. This takes experience and professionalism to accomplish this balance and Wendy definitely has this. I felt very comfortable with Wendy- her personality was warm,caring, yet professional - a positive approach to clients. She is an asset to Gold's Gym for sure.
