Staff is friendly, place is clean. I broke a piece of equipment and they shrugged it off. Equipment variety/space is limited because it can get crowded and its mostly machines. Patron demographics appear diverse as well.

Discriminates against transgender individuals. Recently revoked the pre-paid membership of a transgender member for no other reason than their sexual identity. Would give ZERO stars if possible.
