Be sure to get anything from them in writing. I was going to be out of town for a few months and asked to have my account paused or canceled. The guy at the front desk said “ we'll get you taken care of." Months later I get an email, no phone call, saying I had a past due balance with penalties. I talked to the manager, and I was told I would be sent collections if I didn't pay the balance. The manager was willing to "forgive some of the debt," but that was it. It was a relatively small amount, but their deceptive business practices had me extremely irritated.
Great gym. Never open. Site advertises 24 hours on weekdays and to 10pm on weekends yet they close at 6 pm... Which is pretty ridiculous for a gym. 8 OK 9 good 10 great... But 6? Cmon guys
Bad customer service, difficult to cancel. Had a similar experience as another reviewer.
