Worst customer service I received anywhere! Assistant manager Steve was really rude. I just moved from California and got a 3 day trial pass online for this gym. I came in and was told to sign in. After he showed me the gym he showed me the membership options. I said I want to use my trial pass and then I'll decide if I want to sign up monthly. He then proceeded to push me towards signing up and was giving me "deals" again I told him I want to use the 3 day trial before I decide. He then told me that because I just moved here that I'm not a "local" I will have to pay 15 dollars a day to use the gym. After which I got up and left. I will not recommended anyone to ever attend this gym. Off the bat Steves attitude was horrible and he was very pushy and rude.
This club is definitely small and there is hardly room for anything. I mean, it's pretty bad when you can't find a place to stretch before & after a workout. I typically only go to it for one reason... BOOTCAMP! The three classes that they have vary in quality depending on what trainer is heading it up. Any bootcamp class is good as long as you put everything you have into it, but the Wed class is by far the best if Jason & Amy are in. They really put a lot of thought into the work out and help everyone with their form/technique and motivation. It's gotten so popular that you have to get a number now to get in. It it wasn't for this class, I would never go to this gym and the rating would be starless.
Great Bootcamp Class! They have outgrown their location. The bootcamp class on monday's and Wednesday's are great for an overall workout but you have to get there early and get a number. I can not use any of the equipment for a normal workout as I don't have time to wait in line. Time to build a nother location!
Middling experience. Staff is comprised of minimum wage HS/College kids so not much to expect. Reasonable rates to workout whenever one wants and reasonably clean. My wallet was stolen and not so much as a callback was provided by a manager. Clientele is largely bimbos and jock kids. If I could justify a nicer club which was close, I'd jump. Although my review sounds negative, it's not meant to necessarily be so. Basically, you get what you pay for so plan accordingly.
Way to small. Its totaly packed 100% of the time when its convenient to go. The only time to actually have a good workout is either really late at night,5am or the weekend. 24 hr fitness just open another location!
