Linda is a great personal fitness trainer. I was out of shape from several years of little exercise and lots of stress. With her help, I got stronger and more confident and later joined a gym on my own. She worked me up gradually, and always changed the workout so my body and brain had to adapt. Her whole body workouts were individualized for me, and she always had me warm up at the beginning and stretch at the end. No injuries, and good toning, and lots of positive mental support. I highly recommend giving her a trial. Eunice
