Nothing better than dodgeball on trampolines! The staff is pretty friendly as well. We will be back!

Great place to have the kids burn some energy, sit back drink some coffee and enjoy the free wifi. The facility is clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I really like the fact that they have a space that some of the smaller kids could enjoy themselves, and still be safe. They often run Groupon deals that I can take advantage of too.

I purchased from group on three tickets for two hour jump each. We arrived at 1:30. The place appears to be clean and the staff was friendly and eager to assist at any time with any thing. After jumping we got hungry and I had seen pizza on the menu but it wasn't available. We ended up getting chips and a drink not what we wanted and I didn't have anything in the car. The prices are reasonable, it would be nice if they had an offering of fruit and that the complete menu was available for purchase at the time of opening. when we were jumping the floor monitor told us our jump time was almost over, it had only been an hour, I explained the 2 hr jump and he was cool but confused that we were given a 1hr bracelet. This is a nice place, and I am sure this place is fun when it's been open for a few hours so the staff has time to get everything in place, but it seem to not be the place for us to go play. We left with 45 minutes of jump time left, I don't think we are going back.

They had a promotional coupon in the Payback book and would not honor it on Dec. 23rd. They said it was a holiday. I guess they just make up their own holidays. It is always very packed and crazy there and smells like bad B.O. !! Also the phone number on the back of the coupon has a some nice guy's personal residence phone number on it, they stated they were aware. What kind of operation they running there?
