Not over priced, and you never have to stand in line for a machine. I've been working out there for about 3 months now and its great. The Owner is really supportive and helps everyone say motivated!!
I say not bad because you are at least getting something small and not overcrowded and having to wait on a machine. But for the same price as larger gyms, you don't get the pool, group classes, or the larger locker rooms. If you need something small and personal and a minimum amount of machines and weights (like a mini hotel gym) this would be for you. If you want the classes, a pool/hot tub, sauna, group classes, childcare, and more options on machines and weights this is not the place for sure. Also, beware of the members and employees children, they let them run freely in the gym and play with the equipment, a word to the wise, this is not a daycare facility!
