My first impression was that this place seemed disorganized, but I did pop by on a Friday after school to get some info. After a short wait, a woman gave me the info I needed and helped me pick a date for a free trial class for my 8-yr-old. The free trial was good although hectic. There are so many kids!!! My daughter had fun and the coaches were sweet to her. A few days later, I stopped by during their toddler classes to officially sign her up, pay and see about putting my almost 3-yr-old in a class as well. NO ONE was at the front of the house. I could only find mothers watching their daughters and all the other coaches were rightfully teaching. A blonde man and woman did walk out, look at me and watch me looking around in obvious need of assistance, and walk right out the door!! I asked the mothers if there was someone around I could speak with and they told me it was the owner that walked out! I said, "Oh, those people that looked at me, saw me looking for help and walk right out?" The mother answered, "Yeah, it's kinda like that here." Why the hell would you spend your hard-earned money at a facility where the owners do not respect you!?! I won't! Going to Texas Best.
I have been going to zenith for 3 years now and the experience I had for the first 2 years where wonderful. I had awesome coaches, they were patience and encouraging me a lot! but know going on my third year it has been getting disorganized, lack of communication to the parents and the coaches seem stressed out( from seeing my 3 coaches). this year level 7 the owner is my coach and she is an okay coach. the way she teaches is not right at all. I have a severe back injury that can turn into something even bigger than what it already is, and I told 3 coaches about it and told them I need to take a rest because im in pain..... they all said one answer either no or get back to work.. im a kid in pain and you want me to do something that is going to further the injury CRAZY! this year will be my last year at zenith because its not a good gym anymore.. I wouldn't recommend your child going there unless you want to experience the same thing as me and you don't want to do that!!! hope this review helped..!
I have three daughters that have been taking gymnastics for the past 6 years. This past year my youngest took class at Zenith and it was the worst experience we have ever had. Be careful going here. The coach was sweet, but the owners were not. They seem to be all about money and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. When I brought their mistakes to their attention and wanted them to make it right, they accused me of being a liar and other religious accusations. It was traumatic for me as a parent. I picked Zenith over WOGA to avoid Preston Road traffic, but that was a huge mistake.
My daughter has been attending Zenith for several months and we absolutely love it. She has learned so much and improved so much with the coaching there. Have recommended it to several friends.
I agree with a previous review that the owner is dishonest and very deceitful. Don’t trust her with your kids!!!!!!!
